Back To Nurture -- Roasted Seeds Are Delicious Alternative For Snacking

Ever tasted a spaghetti seed? Right behind them are winter squash seeds which beat the heat generated in the past by pumpkin seeds.

Remove seeds from the squash, rinse and let dry overnight on a tray or cloth towel. Do not use paper towels as the seeds will stick to the paper. No need to hull. You can roast 'em and pop 'em during orifice hours.

Arrange on a baking tray, spray with some olive oil and do a hefty sprinkling of salt. Roast in the oven at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes. Put on the seed feed bag anytime you want.
